All Sales Are Final
Due to the unique nature and high demand of our inventory, all sales at Velurise are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.
Please review all photos, descriptions, and condition notes carefully before making your purchase. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us before checking out we’re happy to help you make a confident and informed decision.
Resale Assistance Program (Not a Return or Exchange)
While all sales are final, we understand that sometimes an item may not be the perfect fit. In select cases, and at our sole discretion, we may offer to assist you in reselling an eligible item back to us.
Please note: The Resale Assistance Program is optional and is not a return or exchange. It is a separate transaction in which we may agree to repurchase an item under specific conditions.
Here’s how it works:
If your item meets our eligibility criteria, we may offer to repurchase it at a portion of the original purchase price (excluding tax and shipping), issued back to your original payment method.
Alternatively, we may offer store credit at a slightly higher value. Final offers depend on item condition, demand, and other factors, and are made solely at our discretion.
Once the item is received and passes inspection, we will issue payment via your original payment method or provide store credit, depending on the agreement.
Eligibility Criteria for Resale Assistance
To qualify, the following conditions must be met:

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received

All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

The item must pass our inspection and authentication process

Earrings and intimate items are final sale and not eligible
This is a discretionary service, not a reversal of the original transaction. Resale offers are not guaranteed and may be declined based on condition, item type, or customer history.
This program is subject to the terms outlined in our Consignment & Sales Agreement.
If a Buyback is Approved:

We will provide a prepaid shipping label

Once the item is received and approved, we’ll issue payment or store credit, as previously agreed
Cancellations
Because we process and ship orders quickly, we do not accept cancellations once an order is placed. Orders enter our fulfillment process immediately, and we are unable to pause or reverse them.
In rare cases, a cancellation may be granted at our sole discretion, typically in the following situations:

Returning customers with a history of purchases
Even then, cancellation is not guaranteed. Requests must be submitted as soon as possible after purchase and will be reviewed case by case. Once an order is in transit or in final fulfillment stages, cancellation is no longer possible.
