SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
All orders require 5–10 business days for processing before shipping. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. We strive to fulfill all orders as promptly as possible; however, processing times may vary based on order volume, item availability, and other logistical factors.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
All orders are shipped from the Netherlands. We use standard carriers for domestic and international shipping. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery option.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination. Please note that we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, and delays caused by weather, customs, or shipping carriers are beyond our control.
Insurance & Signature Confirmation
For added security, orders valued over €100 are shipped with additional insurance and may require a signature upon delivery. If you are not available to sign for your package, you may need to arrange a new delivery or pickup with the carrier.
Shipping Liability & Responsibility
Once your order has left our facility, Velurise is not responsible for:
Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages
Delays caused by the shipping carrier
Returns due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
That said, if any issues arise, please contact us first at info@velurise.com. We will do our best to help resolve the matter by working directly with the carrier.
If a shipping claim needs to be filed, we will handle the process. Your cooperation may be required to provide documents such as proof of loss or damage. Refunds or replacements are subject to the outcome of the carrier’s investigation.
Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Velurise is not responsible for additional shipping costs due to returned or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect address input. If a package is returned to us, you will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipping.
International Shipping & Customs
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total at checkout.
Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control. If an international package is refused or undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees.
